How stress can help you grow

One of my colleagues and a dear friend, Dr. Lauren Crigler is a physical therapist in Georgia. She enthusiastically takes a holistic perspective on physical health and has created the Plan to Feel Great community to help folks have the knowledge and encouragement they need to live their healthiest life.

When we go through stressors, we are able to pause and assess where the stress is coming from, what our needs and values are, and what options are available for addressing the stress. All of this leads us towards growth in self-awareness and in creating an overall healthier life.
